As Hammer & Heart’s Ben Fortson retires, the ministry is hiring a new Program Director!

The Program Director will oversee all aspects of Hammer & Heart, ensuring that the program’s mission, vision, and values are upheld while managing operations, finances, communications, and relationships with donors, volunteers, and clients.

We’re looking for a special person with these qualifications and skills:

• Deep compassion for low-income families and commitment to community service

• Team-oriented and mission-driven approach

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Background in construction and home repair (preferred)

• Experience in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit management (preferred)

• Relational leadership style that fosters a positive team environment

• Proficiency or ability to manage technology platforms such as Word, Excel, and Airtable
